Aimee Viles, Senior Vice President, Emerging Media, Bravo and Oxygen Media As Senior Vice President of Emerging Media, Bravo and Oxygen Media, Aimee Viles is responsible for supervising the Emerging Media department including all Transmedia, Play Live, mobile and tablet, apps, interactive TV, gaming and other emerging media initiatives.  Based in New York, Viles reports to Lisa Hsia, Executive Vice President of Bravo and Oxygen Digital Media. Under Viles, Bravo won an Emmy® Award for Outstanding Creative Achievement in Interactive Media - Multiplatform Storytelling for “Last Chance Kitchen,” the companion digital video series to the Emmy-Award Winning “Top Chef.”  In addition, Viles has helped to build Bravo into a digital powerhouse with innovations including Bravo Now, the first ever tablet/smart phone co-viewing companion experience, Bravo Talk Bubble, the first real-time social TV event to combine Facebook and Twitter with live TV viewing and the participation TV platform, Play Live.  Viles added oversight of Oxygen in 2014 and is focused on developing a fresh slate of digital offerings tied to the network’s rebrand. In a network first, Viles executed the launch of the popular Play Live interactive technology on Oxygen this past October. Prior to joining Bravo, Viles served as Director of Creative Services at Ensequence where she was responsible for building revenue generating business services for programming and advertising partners and spearheading development for new business ventures. Her clients included NBC, Bravo, MTV, Nickelodeon, ESPN, GSN, Showtime, AETN, CNN, Nike, Ford, Sony and Verizon. Earlier in her career, she honed her skills at UK-based Vodafone, where she was responsible for multi-platform content and product strategy, and at ABC Television in New York. Throughout her career, Viles has served as an industry expert participating in numerous panels and speaking engagements including TV Experience, The TV of Tomorrow Show (TVOT) and the 2nd Screen Summit. Additionally, Viles was recently honored by CableFAX and named on their 2014 “Women in Tech” list and her team’s work has been honored with multiple Cynopsis Model D Awards, CableFax Digital Awards, and Webby Awards. Viles graduated from the Rochester Institute of Technology.


Evan Greenberg, Manager of Audience Development, TAPP; an OTT, a la carte, collection of online subscription channels, connecting super-fans to the personalities they can't get enough of. Evan leads TAPP's Customer Acquisition initiatives and supports Big Data and Overall Strategy projects. Evan joined TAPP after working for a number of media companies, including Warner Bros. and Maker Studios, focusing on Digital Monetization, Audience Growth, and Lifecycle Marketing. Mike Rotman,  New Media Producer, D, TV Writer, “South Park,” “The Simple Life,” Politically Incorrect with Bill Maher.”:  Mike Rotman is a new media producer, director, and 20 year TV veteran. His credits include “South Park,” “The Simple Life,” “Nanny 911,” and an Emmy nomination for Best Writing on “Politically Incorrect with Bill Maher.”   Mike was one of the first traditional media professionals to transition to web. In 1993, he produced the first live AOL chat on NBC’s “Later with Greg Kinnear.” Mike also wrote, directed, and produced the first “Blair Witch” spoof to debut online (“The Oz Witch Project” in 1999). In 2002, he created the first live daily online reality show called “Star Wait” and independently built up the site to over 200,000 views per day (nearly 4 years before the official launch of YouTube) that in 2005 lead to a distribution deal to sell the DVD in Target stores across North America.   In 2010, Mike left television to create his own online production and live streaming company called  46 hours of content. Streamin’ Garage. Literally built in his own garage, Streamin’ Garage was the first ever multi-camera HD live streaming company on the web and featured innovative shows including “Stupid for Movies” & “Stripped Down Live with Curt Smith.”  Since then, Streamin’ Garage has sold shows and ad campaigns to Will Smith, Nerdist, Ora, Trojan Condoms and Discovery Online as well as live streamed some of the biggest names in entertainment including James Cameron and Brad Pitt.  Mike’s latest show is the first ever worldwide game show called Take My Bitcoins. Streamed live on every Thursday night, the show has paid out over $40,000 in Bitcoins to people from all over the world including: Egypt, Israel, Germany, Israel, Estonia, Denmark, Bulgaria and Singapore.   Recently, Mike was Head of Production for the YouTube multi-channel network Big Frame and ran the YouTube funded channel Bammo.


Jeff Bronikowski, President, Tribeca Shortlist: Jeff Bronikowski is President of Tribeca Shortlist, spearheading the development and launch of the new subscription video-on-demand service from Lionsgate and Tribeca Enterprises. Mr. Bronikowski assumed this role in May 2015 and is responsible for overseeing all creative and business operations for the service, including product design and development, device and distribution partnerships, customer acquisition, content licensing and original content development. An accomplished digital media executive, Mr. Bronikowski has a proven track record growing and launching new digital initiatives. Prior to joining Tribeca Shortlist, he served as Chief Operating Officer of Daily Burn, an IAC company, driving the growth of the leading subscription-based streaming fitness service across a broad range of platforms. Mr. Bronikowski spent much of his career as a senior executive at Universal Music Group, most recently as Senior Vice President of Business Development, Global Digital Initiatives. Mr. Bronikowski has also held GM positions at Yahoo! and AOL Entertainment and an executive position at The Echo Nest, the "big data for music" platform which Spotify acquired in 2014. A graduate of Georgetown University, Mr. Bronikowski began his entertainment industry career at HBO. He also holds an MBA from New York University's Leonard Stern School of Business, where he has been an adjunct professor for nine years.


Mark Young leads strategy and business development for Fandango, the nation’s leading digital destination for all things movies and a subsidiary of NBCUniversal. Mark is focused on providing insights into consumer and technology trends and capitalizing on them to grow all lines of Fandango's business. Mark also oversees distribution and co-marketing of mobile services, commerce and video with third-party partners such as mobile network providers, handset manufacturers, connected devices, social media and digital video platforms, app stores and retailers.  Mark joined NBCUniversal from Comcast Interactive Media (CIM) where he led mobile strategy and business development across a portfolio of digital properties, as well as co-led the strategy and go-to-market launch of Xfinity’s initial video service on iOS (iPad & iPhone) and Android devices. Prior to Comcast, Young was at The Walt Disney Company for seven years, of which the last three years he served as the vice president of strategy and business development for The Walt Disney Internet and Mobile Group. Prior to Disney, he was the vice president of business development and partner management for mobile data services pioneer Moviso/Infospace, and an executive at IBM’s Innovation Center where he advised studios and media companies on digital asset distribution and management. He is a member of the Center of Technology Management at USC.


Tim Hanlon is a Managing Director at FTI Consulting and is based in Chicago. Mr. Hanlon is a part of the Telecom, Media and Technology (TMT) practice and has over 20 years of classic, digital and “emerging” media and marketing experience. Prior to FTI Consulting, Mr. Hanlon was the Founder/CEO of The Vertere Group, LLC, a Chicago-based strategic consulting and investment advisory firm focused on the intersection of media, marketing and technology. In a prior life, Mr. Hanlon created and led corporate ventures practices at agency holding firms Publicis Groupe (VivaKi/Denuo) and Interpublic Group (Mediabrands/Velociter), overseeing nearly 70 early-stage investments and partnerships – with over three dozen successful exits (and counting) since 2006. Previously, Mr. Hanlon was Senior Vice President/Director, Emerging Contacts for Starcom MediaVest Group. He was chiefly responsible for all US client activity and agency initiatives in the field of emerging media technologies, including the firm’s ground-breaking “TV 2.0 Practice,” centered around evolutionary television platforms. Mr. Hanlon has also held senior management positions at marketing promotions agency Frankel (Chicago), regional advertising agency Creative Alliance (Louisville), digital content pioneer Starwave (Bellevue, WA), and credit card issuer MBNA America (Wilmington, DE). Mr. Hanlon has wide-ranging journalism experience, including production, editing and writing stints at CBS News, Sports Illustrated, the former Radio & Records, and the Voice of America. Among numerous industry honors, Mr. Hanlon is most proud of being an inaugural recipient of Interactive Television Today’s Leadership in Interactive Television Award - way back in 2004.  His insights into the future of media, advertising and marketing are regularly seen in major electronic, print and trade press outlets. Mr. Hanlon holds an MBA from the University of Chicago Booth Graduate School of Business, and a B.A. from Georgetown University
