Mary Hamilton is the Managing Director of the Accenture Technology Labs in Silicon Valley. Within Technology Labs, she leads the Global Digital Experiences research and development agenda focused on applying emerging digital technologies to address key business challenges of Accenture’s clients. Her multidisciplinary team develops differentiated technology concepts and solutions that create new opportunities for both clients and Accenture to grow their capabilities in new areas such as Digital Customer, Digital Workforce, and Digital Operations. These capabilities are based on new advances in experience-driven technologies including virtual, immersive, and augmented reality, wearables, 3D printing, connected car, customer analytics and lifestyle services, social media and collaboration, gamification, augmented workforce, and crowdsourcing. Since joining Accenture in 1997, Mary has brought innovative technology solutions to both Accenture and clients across a variety of industries, running technology innovation projects from incubation to large-scale implementation. She received her SB degree in Materials Science and Engineering from Massachusetts Institute of Technology. Mary is originally from Toledo, Ohio, spent several years of her career in Chicago, IL, and now lives in San Francisco, CA. She enjoys traveling whenever possible, especially with her one year old son.


Eric Johnson, President and Founder, Ignited: Since Eric founded the agency in 1999, Ignited has grown to become one of the largest independent advertising agencies in Southern California. Clients include the MGA, Scopely, Turtle Beach, U.S. Army, Activision, DTS and Sanuk. Eric brings a unique client perspective to the agency, having previously held the post of senior vice president of marketing for Activision, where he helped build the company to become an industry leader. He currently serves on the board of the American Association of Advertising Agencies (4A's) is co-president of thinkLA.


Frank Sinton is the cofounder and CEO of Beachfront Media, a full stack video company with solutions for publishers, advertisers, and developers. Beachfront Media provides solutions for video discovery, video syndication, and video app development for managing and monetizing video applications across screens, mobile devices and connected TVs. Previously, Frank worked for Sony Pictures Entertainment as Executive Director of Architecture.


Jake Katz, Vice President, Audience Insights & Strategy, Revolt TV: Katz was formerly General Manager of Ypulse, a youth market research firm, tasked with consulting the leading brands in media and entertainment, retail, food and beverage, and automotive, to shape their understanding of what the Millennial generation means for the future of their business. Katz spent his early career at MTV as the in-house trend expert. Through MTV's industry famous Millennial Edge Study and "M Day" trend events, Jake helped steer the brand through its transformation from a Gen X mentality to a Millennial sensibility. He was part of the brand's Insights Innovation team, and by bringing the voice of the consumer into the organization at all levels, Katz unlocked a company culture of "audience intimacy" - a crucial initiative that enabled the brand to evolve. Following his time at MTV, Jake went on to help kick-start a trend consulting unit at NBCUniversal. While at NBCU, Jake helped found and curate the company's ad industry book - Curve. Katz also developed the Y Now film series, a documentary aimed at breaking the story of how the recession re-shaped our understanding of Millennials altogether.


Jamie Beckland, VP of Product, Janrain: Jamie brings over 10 years of diverse experience to the Janrain team, with an extensive background centered around connecting new digital capabilities with communities. One such experience was a social networking site he built that connected the alumni of an agriculture university in South America. Additionally, Jamie spent time running the emerging media practice at a UX-focused agency, and has deep experience working client-side on products built to deliver personalized digital experiences.


Jay Baage, Executive Director, Ayzenberg Group, one of the largest independent full-service ad agencies on the U.S. West Coast. Previously, he was President of VDM; Content Strategist and GM, North America, Spoon Publishing; VP of Content and Business Development for Digital Media Wire and Head of Business Development in North America for Posh Media Group. Jay has also held several journalist positions at major news organizations back in his native country of Sweden. He has been awarded Streamy and Webby Awards as well as Swedish Newspaper Publishers’ Association Scholarships for his professional achievements. He has also been awarded fellowships from the Wallenberg Foundation, Investor AB and the Sweden-America Foundation for his academic work.  Jay sits on the Advisory Boards for Mindshare LA, The Nike Foundation, Innovate Pasadena, New Filmmakers LA and is also a judge for the New Filmmakers LA Best Films of the Year Awards in the Feature Documentary and Short Documentary categories.  He is a popular speaker at top international media industry events such as the LA Film Festival, NAB, Game Developers Conference and Canadian Music Week.  Jay has been a contributing author to three books about digital media and is currently trying to find the time to write his first own one about the future of work.  Ha has a Masters Degree in Media, Entertainment and Technology Management from the Gallatin School at New York University and a Bachelors Degree in Business Administration from the School of Business and Commercial Law at the University of Gothenburg in Sweden.


Mariana Danilovic, CEO, hollywood portfolio:  Ms. Danilovic is the Founder and CEO of hollywood portfolio, an incubator and accelerator that develops and operates entertainment, digital media, and technology companies. Through hollywood portfolio, Ms. Danilovic launched and helped develop several digital media companies, and served as the President, CEO and Director of ultralivetv, serves on the Board of Directors of reframeit (observer), and the Board of Directors of Emerge Digital.   Ms. Danilovic was the EVP Business Development for NTN Buzztime, Inc. (AMEX:NTN) and Head of Business Development, Content Aggregation and Programming for MediaZone, broadband video company owned by NASPERS/MIH media conglomerate. She also founded and directed the Digital Media Incubator at KPMG LLP, which developed about two-dozen digital media companies. The companies Ms. Danilovic helped develop received institutional funding from KPCB, Sequoia Capital, Hummer-Winblad, Constellation Partners, Softbank, North Star Ventures, HP, and Intel.   Ms. Danilovic headed business development for Peter Guber’s Mandalay Entertainment and was on the management team of the venture fund at Sony Pictures Entertainment, investing in media companies worldwide. Ms. Danilovic also worked for Michael Milken’s Knowledge Exchange and at the Twentieth Century Fox International Television Group. She serves on the Board of Directors of C3, the Arts and Media Node of the Millennium Project, served on the Board of Directors of the Producers’ Guild of America, and is a member of the Academy of Television Arts and Sciences.   She previously served on the Board of Directors of Tim Draper’s Zone Club and was a member of former Los Angeles Mayor Richard Riordan's Digital Coast Roundtable. Mariana earned a Masters in Business Administration from the Anderson Graduate School of Management at UCLA, and a Bachelor of Arts in Mathematics, with a Minor in Biomedical Engineering from University of California, San Diego.
