Andrew Solmssen, Managing Director, POSSIBLE, LOS ANGELES:  As managing director of POSSIBLE’s Los Angeles office, Andrew leads the office's client teams and determines best practices for engagement management. He is a frequent speaker at industry events such as Digital Hollywood and CES, and is regularly quoted by business and trade media on the topics of digital advertising and technology innovation.

 

Kristin Benson is the West Coast Editorial Director at WhoSay. Having worked as a digital content creator as well as in front of the camera, Kirstin brings with her a unique perspective on the entertainment, celebrity, and tech worlds. Prior to joining WhoSay, Kirstin served as the Director of Entertainment and Engagement at ConnecTV. No stranger to start-ups, she was an instrumental member in launching Bonnie Fuller’s latest venture -- HollywoodLife.com -- at Penske Media Corporation. In addition to contributing to Parade Magazine and E! Online, Kirstin has produced the Primetime Emmys’ Backstage Live! show for the past two years.  A graduate of USC with majors in Communication and Theater, Kirstin also holds a Masters in Communication Management in the Entertainment Industry from USC Annenberg. Her hobbies include mixology, tap dancing and binge-watching TV.

 

Marc Karzen, CEO, RelishMIX: Relish founder/CEO Marc Karzen has been an entertainment-technology-innovator for nearly 20 years. From the Digital production revolution in 1993 (Apple, Radius, Adobe)  to the Dotcom Web Video Revolution in 2000 (Apple Quicktime Networks, Akamai, YouTube) and now, the Social TV Revolution (Social Networks for TV shows on Vh1, ABC, Discovery, MSNBC, TLC, OWN, Animal Planet and more). - Karzen worked in NYC at NBC for SATURDAY NIGHT LIVE and LATE NIGHT WITH DAVID LETTERMAN for 10 years where he shot and designed award winning on-air graphics and bumpers. - On Madison Avenue, Karzen was art director at Grey Entertainment & Media (ABC ENTERTAINMENT, RADIO CITY MUSIC HALL). - In Los Angeles, Karzen owned and ran Qstudios, the first ever full-service creative, design, animation, production, music, one-stop shop in Hollywood producing commercials, promos and TV main titles for ABC, CBS, FOX, PARAMOUNT, COLUMBIA TV, WARNER BROS TV, DISNEY, UPN, MTV, E!, LA CELLULAR and AMC. - Karzen co-founded SADDLETUDE, the online network for equestrian sport, the first international sports channel on APPLE'S Quicktime Network. SADDLETUDE became the world leader in the niche. - Karzen created and produced STRINGERS:LA, the the high-octaine docu-drama series about freelance news chasers with ABC MEDIA and 44 BLUE PRODUCTIONS on truTV. - Karzen's work was nominated for an Emmy; LETTERMAN/NBC Graphic Design and Title Sequences, Contributed to 5 Emmy Awards & 31 Nominations for LETTERMAN/NBC plus Broadcast Designers Association Gold, Cannes International Advertising Festival, Chicago Film Festival, Art Directors Club of NY, Telly Awards, NY International Film & Television Awards and the Promax Awards.

 

Kate Wolff, Account Director, Omelet: Kate is an Account Director at Omelet, where she serves as the account lead for Microsoft Office, Bravo, Showtime and LINE Webtoon business.  Prior to joining the Omelet family, Kate worked at other agencies such as TBWA/Chiat/Day, DDB, Publicis Modem, Riney, and Hill Holliday where she had many roles that ranged from copywriter/strategist to account service with a heavy concentration in digital production. Past brand experience includes: Visa Global, HP Global, PayPal, LG, EA POGO, Tourism Australia, Holland America, Pinkberry, Stand Up To Cancer, City of Hope, Bideawee (animal shelter), Theranos (healthcare), and Dell.  A very proud Boston sports fan and native Bostonian, it was only fitting that Kate played center for the Boston University Women’s Ice Hockey team during her time as an undergrad. Post college, Kate traded in her time on the rink for time in the sun and moved to southern California, which she now calls home. But don’t worry, any time you want to talk Boston sports, she is game.

 

Al Cadena, senior account director and digital strategist at Beeby Clark+Meyler, has worked in digital marketing and advertising for over 10 years, developing programs for clients such as Nestle, Disney, General Electric, Marriott, Sony, Steven Spielberg's Shoah Foundation, and others. He has worked in all aspects of digital, including production, creative, accounts, strategy, and analytics. Al has been tapped by Nestle USA and Michigan State University to teach classes on social media and "What's new in digital," and is a Jeopardy returning champion. He holds an MBA from the Yale School of Management.

 

Andrew Katz, Senior Director of Enterprise Partnerships, Shareablee:  Andrew Katz is  the Senior Director of Enterprise Partnerships for Shareablee, a leading provider of social content analytics for business.  His focus is on brand advertisers and agency relationships.  Andrew has spent his last 5 years working for exciting technology startups in the social media, digital advertising and market research space.  Before working in the startup world, Andrew worked in finance, spending over 3 years at Genworth Financial and before that Deutsche Bank. Andrew is a double graduate of Brandeis University with a Bachelors degree in Economics and a Masters degree in International Economics and Finance.

John Dohrmann, Director of Social Media / Digital Content, Team One: John has 15 years experience in advertising & marketing, and often finds himself on skunkworks projects at Team One, where he’s been a social and digital content lead for the last five. John has also held positions at Blue Octopus, OgilvyOne, Yahoo!, and Saatchi & Saatchi. This past February, John’s social media concept goes from Facebook to third quarter of the Big Game in just five days. The Lexus RC Super Bowl XLIX Spot started out as a social media campaign that picked up so much fan engagement with Lexus’ social community that it was adapted in a last-minute available timeslot.
