René Bourdages, CEO, ELEVADO MEDIA, Inc., Film & Television Consulting: Rene Bourdages is a veteran entertainment executive with more than 30 years of senior level operating experience. Mr. Bourdages held many high level executive positions in Canada before relocating to Los Angeles and focusing his managerial skills on entertainment media consulting. Prior to founding Elevado Media, he was President of CBC merchandising from 2004 through 2011. He has also held Executive Vice President positions at Quebecor/Groupe TVA and Astral Media Movie Premium TV channels with direct responsibility for up to 1,200 employees and gross revenues of nearly $200 million. Previously, Mr. Bourdages served as Director of the Harold Greenberg Fund, which finances the development and production of Canadian feature films. He holds a Certificate in Business and Management of Entertainment from UCLA. He is a Chartered Board Director, Laval University Governance Program and was selected as one of Canada's Top 40 under 40. Mr. Bourdages is a member of the Academy of Television Arts & Sciences, the American Film Institute, the Executive Committee of the Canada California Business Council and the Economic Club of Canada.


Jordan K. Yospe is Of Counsel in the Firm’s Entertainment, Media & The Arts Department. Jordan is recognized as one of the country’s leading brand integration experts and an authority in sourcing, negotiating, and managing brand integration deals for feature films, television, new media, music, and video games. Jordan brings significant experience as both an entertainment lawyer and as a feature film and television producer in negotiating and drafting multimillion dollar integration and activation agreements, as well as executing the business and creative elements of those agreements during pre-production, principal photography, post-production, and domestic/international distribution. Jordan was named to Variety’s Annual Dealmakers Impact Report List in 2011 and named multiple times to The Hollywood Reporter’s annual “Power Lawyers” List; named among the “Top 40 Entertainment Lawyers” by The Los Angeles Business Journal in October, 2010; and his pioneering work on the integration of brands into entertainment was featured in a front page article in the April 5, 2010 issue of The New York Times.  When describing Jordan’s work to The Hollywood Reporter, Eric Baum, Sony Pictures Senior VP of Business and Legal Affairs for Consumer and Worldwide Marketing, states “Jordan has earned the trust of those not just in Hollywood, but all the way out in places like Peoria and Georgia.  They rely on his expertise and hard work to keep the integrity of their brands.”  Jordan’s mission is to make these “integrations” live up to the brands’, producers’, and distributors’ expectations in today’s rapidly changing commercial environment.


Sunny Midha, Greycroft Partners: Sunny Midha currently works at Greycroft Partners, a leading venture capital firm based in Los Angeles and New York, which focuses on investments in the media, internet and mobile markets.  With an investment banking, film/animation producing and technology operating background, Sunny is one of a handful of individuals that focuses on the true convergence areas of media and technology.  He has a deep understanding of frontier spaces such as virtual reality, augmented reality, eSports as well as gaming, digital distribution and video content monetization.  Sunny has been exploring 3D, stereoscopic and virtual reality systems for many years, including experimenting with ARRI technicians on developing various 3D rigs.  He has worked at a range of firms, from Deutsche Bank and Royal Bank of Scotland to successful ecommerce technology start-ups such as and  He has a solid understanding of engineering, product, UI/UX and growth hacking.  At, he led the ecommerce division, which sold 500K products in its first year using various influencer-marketing techniques and which were featured in a Harvard Business School case study.  The business won numerous awards for digital marketing such as E-Commerce Strategy of the Year at the Orange National Business Awards as well as being nominated in the Paypal E-Tail Awards & Retail Week E-Commerce Awards.  Sunny grew up in the United Kingdom and has a BSc (Hons) Economics degree from the London School of Economics and an MA in Film Producing from the UK’s prestigious National Film & Television School, where his 3D animation graduation film was nominated for the Honorary Foreign Film award at the 2009 Student Academy Awards. He was also awarded the Toledo Scholarship by producer Duncan Kenworthy.  He is currently completing his MBA at the University of Southern California and is a part of the BAFTA LA Newcomer program.
