Ronald C. Pruett, Jr is co-founder of Roker Labs and has proven experience in the creation, development, and management of high growth direct to consumer and digital marketing companies worldwide. He is currently managing director of The Boston Associates, advising equity and enterprise. Ron has nearly 30 years of experience and loves the thrill of creating something new while leveraging the best of different approaches, distribution channels and cultures. Ron graduated with a B.A. (Honors) in International Relations and Political Science from Trinity College in Connecticut and received his M.B.A. from the École Européenne des Affaires (now ESCP-EAP), a French Grande École located in Paris, France where he graduated as Valedictorian.

 

Angie Behm, Director of Digital Strategy, ANT FARM: Angie specializes in creative content and strategy for online, social and mobile marketing. At Ant Farm, she has directed the digital and social engagement strategy for entertainment marketing campaigns with ABC, Disney, 20th Century Fox, Dreamworks, Paramount Pictures, MGM/Orion Pictures, Lionsgate, Relativity and Sony Pictures. Before joining forces with the Ant Farm, Angie served as VP of Entertainment at Threshold Interactive, where she leveraged her entertainment expertise to generate cross promotional opportunities with studios and celebrities for brands like Nestle Butterfinger. Prior to Threshold, she served as VP of Interactive for Herzog & Co. where she built the digital department from the ground up and worked with her team to deliver award-winning digital campaigns for #1 at the box office franchises: Pirates of the Caribbean, National Treasure, Narnia, and Pink Panther, as well as personal projects for Tom Hanks, Jerry Bruckheimer and Sir Mix-A-Lot. Angie also volunteers as a board member of the California Heritage Museum, where she recently guest curated the Awkward Family Photos Exhibition. The exhibit was the museum's most successful to date and garnered billions of dollars in earned media over its 3 month run, thus launching a worldwide museum tour for the Awkward Family Photos brand. Angie has her BA from the University of Wisconsin, Madison.

 

Marc Scarpa, founder and executive producer/director, Simplynew: Simplynew founder and executive producer/director Marc Scarpa combines 20 years in the digital space and live broadcasting with an understanding of consumer interests and popular culture. Scarpa’s experience gives him insights which would elude less experienced or integrated competitors. His most recent credits include Time Warner Cable SportsNet’s Second Screen App for the Los Angeles Lakers, Covered CA’s 6-hour ‘Tell A Friend Get Covered’ live broadcast, livestream coverage of Imagine Dragons at the 2014 Allstate Fan Fest Show, The X-Factor’s Pepsi Digital Pre-Show and Second Screen Experience, Incubus HQ Live, GRAMMY LIVE!, Earth Day Network’s Earth Day Live from the National Mall (2008-2012) and MySpace LIVE!. Scarpa has directed Grammy Award-winning artist John Legend, 50 Cent, Alicia Keys, Beastie Boys, Elton John, Moby, Steve Aoki and many others. Additionally, he produced and directed several pioneering “firsts” for the live participatory programming genre including Townhall with President Clinton, Woodstock ’99, The Tibetan Freedom Festivals and HSX/Excite Rocks the Oscars featuring Beck. His productions have been recognized by the Webby Awards, Social TV Awards and the Cannes Lions International Festival of Creativity. Scarpa is a national board member and founding New York committee chair for the Producers Guild of America New Media Council and is a voting member of The Recording Academy. Personally, he is a partner with Lifebeat – The Music Industry Fights AIDS, a member of the Global Advisory Committee for Earth Day Networks and a member of the Gate Leadership Council.

 

Yonatan Sela, Director of Product and Growth Strategy, YouNow: Yonatan was previously a VC at Venrock, a firm whose past investments include Apple, Intel, AppNexus and others. While at Venrock he focused on opportunities in the Media, FinTech and Bitcoin/Blockchain verticals, and was part of the team who made the investment at YouNow. Having worked closely with the YouNow team for months following the investment, he joined the company full time to lead its product and growth strategy. Yonatan’s first entrepreneurial endeavor was at Tvinci, an online video startup, where he spent 5 years as the first employee and head of marketing and product strategy, leading to 8 figures in recurring revenue and an acquisition in ‘14. Yonatan also co-founded Bookn'tell, an app that simplifies friend referrals for local service businesses.  He is an Israeli Air Force Captain, a Boston Consulting Group alum and holds an MBA from Wharton and a BA in Economics and Eastern Philosophy.

 

Matt Rednor is CEO and Founder of Decoded Advertising (www.decodedadvertising.com), where he leads the charge when it comes to using predictive data to inform better creative. Prior to launching Decoded, Matt served as Chief Strategy & Innovation Officer at digital agency MRY, where he led the agency’s positioning, setting the vision for service offerings and IP post-merger with LBi. Previously, Rednor headed up MRY’s Strategy group, driving social innovation for some of the world’s biggest brands, including Visa, Coca-Cola, Volvo, BlackBerry and Microsoft. Prior to MRY, Rednor worked his way up through BBDO, helping to manage some of the most visible global campaign’s for P&G’s Gillette and served a stint at smaller innovative experiential marketing company, Cunning, as strategy lead. When he’s not working, Matt likes to hang out with his French Bulldog, Lola Barksdale @lolabarksdale (Instagram). Lola is also available for speaking engagements.

Rob Gabel is the founder and CEO of Tubular Labs, the most widely used video intelligence service.  Building a marketing and analytics platform for online video unites two of Rob's passions - online video and online marketing.  Rob became fascinated with the promise and power of online video as SVP of Advertising Performance at Machinima, a leading YouTube network focused on gaming entertainment, which generates 3 billion monthly views.  Rob has deep roots in online marketing, serving as SVP of Marketing for LowerMyBills and VP Marketing for Netflix and Inadco. As one of the first employees at LowerMyBills, Rob helped the company grow from pre-revenue to over $200 million organically before being acquired by Experian in 2005 for nearly $400 million. Rob earned his M.B.A. from the Stanford University Graduate School of Business and graduated Magna Cum Laude from The Honors College at the University of Houston with a B.S. in Chemical Engineering.
