Prior to joining Raines Feldman, Jennifer was a partner with Edwards Wildman Palmer, an international law firm, and began her career with Testa, Hurwitz & Thibeault, a leading high tech and venture capital firm in Boston. Most recently, she founded Post Law Group, PC, a boutique corporate and securities law firm.


Stephen Dypiangco, Vice President, Ovation Digital Arts: Overseeing day-to-day operations of Ovation Digital Arts is Stephen Dypiangco, who joins the team from YouTube Nation, where he was Channel Manager and established the publishing and optimization processes to help it reach over 2 million subscribers and 54 million views. Before YouTube Nation, Dypiangco was Co-founder and General Manager of National Film Society, where he managed content strategy, programming, production, and marketing as a founding partner of the PBS Digital Studios MCN. During his tenure with National Film Society, he produced over 100 web series episodes. Previously, he worked for Netflix as an Enhanced Content Specialist and produced the Academy Award®-winning short “God of Love.”


Brian Meece is the CEO of RocketHub, a leading crowdfunding platform. He has lectured on crowdsourced funding at SXSW, TEDxBrooklyn, White House Roundtables, Cambridge University, Maker Faire, Soho House, WAG Week (Colombia), among other colleges, conferences and institutions. His goal? To teach creative entrepreneurs to leverage the crowd for funding their endeavors.


Justin Giddings, The Crowdfunding Coach: Justin is an award-winning filmmaker and actor who's work has been shown at festivals around the world. After starring in Lionsgate's zombie comedy BITE ME, he went on to found Giddy Welshmen Productions with co-star Ryan Welsh. Together, they've entered the Six-Figure Crowdfunding Club using the techniques found in the Reinventing Crowdfunding system created by Jodie Bentley and Nathan Reid. With a specialty in social media marketing, Justin is now an integral part of keeping the system on the cutting edge. Justin has helped numerous crowdfunding campaigns not only hit their goal -  but surpass it.


Sam Blan, Founder and CEO, The Blak Box Group: Sam has been responsible for identifying new business prospects and acquisitions in the entertainment arena and more recently in the product space including tech, hardware, non-profit and fashion. For the past few years he has worked mostly in an international capacity sourcing/acquiring creative and innovative properties, working on contracts/negotiations and in physical production. His sagacious attitude and "can do" work style has been an asset to project based developments with a genuine passion for the tech and entertainment industries. Sam has established continuing solid relationships with all clients and partners, specifically: Innovators, Creators, Public Relations, Producers, Financiers, Agents, Managers, Film Executives, Directors, Casting Directors, Talent, etc. Sam attends a multitude of festivals and markets including but not limited to: Consumer Electronic Show (CES), Sundance FF, Comic Con San Diego, SXSW FF, TriBeca FF, Cannes FF and market, Jerusalem FF, Santa Barbara FF, Chicago FF, Newport Beach FF, LA FF, Beverly Hills FF, Toronto FF, Atlantic FF, AFM, Doha FF, Dubai International FF, AFI FF, Strategic Partners, MIFF 37 South and many more.
