Chris Osche, Vice President of Business Development, Multipop: A fresh voice in the digital media industry, Chris Osche brings a broad business perspective to his role as Vice President of Business Development for Multipop. As one senior digital executive offered, “You didn’t come up in the digital industry, did you? You clearly never drank all the Kool-Aid.” Multipop is delivering new methods of monetizing live and on-demand video, through digital, mobile, OTT, or TV Everywhere channels. Osche is leading the business development efforts and engaging industry leaders to rethink their approach to engaging audiences and monetizing video content. A variety of sales, business development, and marketing roles, across a diverse set of industries, shapes his perspective on deal-making, advertising and sponsorships, and innovative approaches to connecting content with consumers. Thoughtful and articulate, with an outsiders perspective on the industry, Chris Osche’s experience gives him a diverse, informed perspective on a wide-range of issues related to media, marketing, entertainment, and sports.


Jason Bercovici, Manager, Product Strategy and Operations, Exponential: As Exponential’s manager, product strategy and operations, Jason Bercovici responsible for leading product management, external go-to-market strategy and internal operations for Exponential’s video engagement solutions. Prior to this role, Jason held sales roles at TubeMogul and zVents. Jason holds a BS for International Business from the University of Maryland.


Steve Callanan, CEO, WIREWAX, an Electronic Engineering major, started his career in television – creating shows with record-breaking audience share for all the major networks. He established his first production company in 2001 producing movie trailers, motion graphics, music videos and commercials; and was also producing over 400 hours of branded, short-form fashion and beauty content for the four biggest lifestyle publishers. Steve proposed that online video content should be as ‘connected’ as the rest of the web; linking pixels to people, products and information was the goal. He engineered the world’s first shoppable video player which lead to the most powerful interactive video platform to help hundreds of global brands realize their video potential. Nike, Target, BBC, NBC, TBS, Xbox, Coach, Best Buy, and many more have already enlisted WIREWAX to ensure their videos work harder.


Jeffrey Stansfield is the President and CEO of Advantage Video Systems, a leading technology provider to the broadcast, motion picture, television and motion graphics industries. Stansfield launched AVS in 2001 and has steadily built its clientele by focusing on one customer at a time. His slogan, “How can we make your day perfect?” drives him and his team to empower clients with the latest information and technology solutions. His company’s work encompasses workflow consultation, design, installation and integration. Stansfield has served as a general board member, treasurer and secretary of SMPTE (Society of Motion Picture and Television Engineers). He supports many other industry organizations including the Creative Pro User Group Network, the Digital Cinema Society, the Hollywood Post Alliance, the Society of Television Engineers and the National Association of Broadcasters. His more than 25 years of experience includes the construction of broadcast facilities as well as technology services for production and post-production facilities, special effects businesses and motion graphics businesses.  Stansfield is a certified editor in Final Cut, Avid and Adobe Premiere, and a beta tester for Adobe After Effects and Premiere. He holds certifications in cabling systems, including fiber, and offers expertise in cameras, lighting, shared storage and asset management solutions.


Travis Howe, Senior Vice President, Client Services & Operations, INVISION: Prior to joining INVISION, Travis served as Senior Vice President for the Americas overseeing Sales Development and Ad Operations functions for Sony’s Digital Ad Sales division. He founded the division in 2006 that manages digital ad sales for Sony’s entertainment companies including: PlayStation, Sony Pictures, and Sony Pictures Television across online, mobile, PlayStation 3 and Sony’s suite of connected devices. Additionally, he was accountable for ad operations in South America for Crackle’s Latin American sites. Prior to Sony, Travis was an Operational Strategy Consultant for Inforte where he focused on mergers and acquisition in the U.S. and Europe. Previous to Inforte, Travis served as a Change Management Consultant for Accenture, focusing on the entertainment, travel, tourism, and consumer products verticals.


David Murdico, Creative Director & Managing Partner, Supercool Creative Agency: David Murdico is the Creative Director and Managing Partner of Supercool Creative Agency, an online video, social media marketing, PR and consulting agency based in  Los Angeles, that works with some of the coolest brands and startups on the planet including Capcom, IBM, T-Mobile, Pizza Hut and Dish. David is also a contributing writer at a number of premier publications including Ad Age, Business Insider, MediaPost, iMedia Connection, Social Media Today, Agency Post, ReelSEO, PR Daily, and YFS Magazine, where he is also a featured expert. David’s speaking credits include the SMASH Social Media Advanced Skills Marketing Huddle at the University of Southern California and the 2013 Viral Summit in Beverly Hills, he’s a guest lecturer, and has been interviewed on radio and publications including OnlineVideo.Net, ReelSEO and Contently, and was named a Top Video Marketing Expert to Follow in 2014 by Viewbix.  David is a graduate of The University of Southern California.


Markus Almer, VP Business Development, VideoRx:  As the vice president of business development at VideoRx, Markus Almer is responsible for business development and account management.  He has worked with clients like Toyota, DIRECTV, Comcast, IKEA as well as start-up companies, to identify business opportunities and develop enterprise level online video solutions for all platforms and devices. He speaks at events and conferences including Digital Hollywood, the American Marketing Association and Swiss-American Chamber of Commerce. Previously he was president and co-founder of Almer/Blank, a digital agency in Los Angeles. He began his career in digital media by introducing patented digital business card technology to the U.S. market. Markus earned a master’s degree in business administration from the University of Zurich.

Jay Prasad, chief business officer, VideoAmp: Jay recently joined VideoAmp from TubeMogul, where he was the vice president of global business development, leading the partnerships with TV broadcasters, programmatic supply and data providers. There he led the team managing hundreds of partnerships across U.S., EMEA, APAC and LATAM. He was also there during run up to the company’s IPO. Prior to TubeMogul, Prasad held strategic business development and management roles at Yahoo!, FreeWheel (a Comcast company), and started his career in consulting at Ernst & Young.
