Cannes Grand Prix awards in four different categories in the past three years. CAA Marketing is responsible for the first and second brand films ever accepted to the Sundance Film Festival, the first-ever live interactive show on Hulu, nine Webby Awards in six years for four different clients, and eight Emmy nominations and four wins for such clients as Old Navy, Chipotle, and Dolby. Prior to CAA, Avishay worked at Davie-Brown Entertainment, developing branded entertainment for brands such as Wells Fargo, Pepsi-Co, and Fox Sports. Avishay began his career as a marketing executive within the UCLA Athletic Department. Avishay graduated from Indiana University with a degree in Marketing.


Jason Jercinovic, President, Havas Worldwide Digital: Jason Jercinovic is a veteran digital marketer with a diverse career in advertising and marketing. Jason has been involved in marketing on a variety of levels: from agency to client, spend to buy, as well as from startup to established global engagements. Jason's career has spanned the development of the Internet as a premiere marketing tool. With an energetic obsession in all things digital, Jason has most recently focused on successfully applying social and mobile trends to brand engagement, his work running the gamut from global marketer (Nike) to media super star (Taylor Swift and Justin Bieber). Earlier in his career Jason headed up Havas Worldwide Digital in Australia, working on Global accounts (Intel & Dell) as well as helping to establish success with local clients (Sony Australia, Northern Territory Tourism Commission, Tourism Australia). Also while living in Australia, Jason ran the Asia Pacific-based mobile connectivity and integrated marketing services provider


Josh Kruter, SVP, Digital Product, Clear Channel Outdoor: Josh Kruter oversees Clear Channel Outdoor North America’s solutions to connect brands with consumers on digital screens and mobile/social-enabled inventory. Previously, he led marketing strategy & ops for the iHeartRadio app, inclusive of launching Nickelodeon Radio, Xbox Halo 4 Radio, and Evolution (EDM) Radio on the platform. His client-side experience spans from reaching Millennials at Virgin Mobile, to sports fans for Phillips-Van Heusen, to affluent decision makers at Forbes, Inc.


Jeff Hurlow is a creative executive and Head of Brand Solutions for Vimeo. He leads the Brand Partnerships team at Vimeo who’s internal mantra is to “chase ideas, not money." With that in mind, he's worked with top brands to collaborate with the incredibly talented filmmaking community on the Vimeo platform to create some of the most compelling narrative, documentary and experimental short films for brands. His list of credits for Vimeo include original content for Intel, Microsoft, Charles Schwab, Samsung and the Lincoln Motor Company. Having spent over 20 years in entertainment advertising, content creation and design, Jeff has worked for companies such as Napster, Yahoo! and AOL and developed original series with iJustine, Tiffany Shlain, Jonathan Adler and the Sartorialist . A born entrepreneur, he is currently raising a flock of ornery chickens with his daughters.


Otto Bell is vice president, group creative director & founder of Courageous, Turner Broadcasting’s first-ever brand studio with global capabilities for marketers across CNN & HLN. In this role, he leads a self-sufficient, full-time team of Emmy-winning journalists, filmmakers, designers and data scientists dedicated to the creation and execution of newsworthy branded content for the company’s top advertisers. Based in New York, Bell reports to Michal Shapira, senior vice president and head of integrated marketing for CNN Ad Sales. Prior to joining CNN, Bell was the creative director and a founding member of OgilvyEntertainment. During his time at Ogilvy, he developed, produced and directed landmark television and digital deals across five continents for a myriad of lead brands; pairing the likes of Philips, DuPont, Unilever and IBM with global media partners. Bell is a graduate of the prestigious WPP Fellowship program and holds a masters in english literature from Oxford University. He is a Green Card holder for “Outstanding Contribution to American Arts and Media,” as well as a member of the Producers Guild of America and Academy of Television Arts & Sciences. A frequent speaker at key industry events such as MIPCOM Cannes, the Association of National Advertisers, the American Association of Advertising Agencies and Internet Week, Bell has been recognized with several notable awards including Lions, Clios, Effies and The One Show. Jay Baage, Executive Director, Ayzenberg Group, one of the largest independent full-service ad agencies on the U.S. West Coast. Previously, he was President of VDM; Content Strategist and GM, North America, Spoon Publishing; VP of Content and Business Development for Digital Media Wire and Head of Business Development in North America for Posh Media Group. Jay has also held several journalist positions at major news organizations back in his native country of Sweden. He has been awarded Streamy and Webby Awards as well as Swedish Newspaper Publishers’ Association Scholarships for his professional achievements. He has also been awarded fellowships from the Wallenberg Foundation, Investor AB and the Sweden-America Foundation for his academic work.  Jay sits on the Advisory Boards for Mindshare LA, The Nike Foundation, Innovate Pasadena, New Filmmakers LA and is also a judge for the New Filmmakers LA Best Films of the Year Awards in the Feature Documentary and Short Documentary categories.  He is a popular speaker at top international media industry events such as the LA Film Festival, NAB, Game Developers Conference and Canadian Music Week.  Jay has been a contributing author to three books about digital media and is currently trying to find the time to write his first own one about the future of work.  Ha has a Masters Degree in Media, Entertainment and Technology Management from the Gallatin School at New York University and a Bachelors Degree in Business Administration from the School of Business and Commercial Law at the University of Gothenburg in Sweden.


Tom Flanagan, former, EVP, Entertainment, Leo Burnett: As an EVP for Leo Burnett, Tom launched thecompany's NYC office in 2011. Most recently, he is leading the company's entertainment marketing and content creation efforts. As a marketer, Tom has extensive experience in the sports, music and film industries. He has also launched digital divisions of global companies, and created start-ups focused on mobile products and technology consulting. His additional work in entertainment marketing has included that with Gatorade, MTV, Crocs, 20th Century Fox, Quiksilver/Kelly Slater, Mattel, Rockstar Energy Drink, Visa, Element/Billabong, CCTV (China), Vision Models, Citizen Pictures, GoPro Cameras, Specialized, Pentax, and Electric/Volcom. He is a board member for the Love Hope Strength Foundation.
