With a knack for computers and technology that can be traced back to his childhood, he naturally gravitated to the position. Often charged with handling IT and networking duties, his frequent title as IT Chair became the inspiration for the name ITC. After Sobhe founded ITC, the small company grew quickly from one that primarily handled SEO, to the premiere integrated digital marketing agency it is today. Marta Ferro, Chief Executive Officer, Pink51 and President, Starfish Impact: Marta is known to her team as the Master Connector. A proven professional entrepreneur, Marta  is the CEO of Pink51, which leverages emerging opportunities in technology, e-commerce, and integrated social media to create a platform supporting the economic development of women. By harnessing our collective buying power and representing female leaders and female-owned businesses, Pink51 creates a new path that engages and empowers women and makes a substantial, bottom line impact on the economy as a whole.  Marta is also the President of Starfish Impact, providing philanthropic advisory services to nonprofit organizations, foundations, businesses and individuals who strive to make a greater impact in their community through strategic philanthropy. After working for Goldman Sachs & Co., she launched several companies including GOLS Soccer, Skin Haven and Market China. She holds an MBA from UCLA Anderson School of Management and double majored at Vassar College. Marta was the Co-Captain of the Women’s Varsity Soccer Team and was the starting striker forward all four years. She holds Vassar College women’s soccer records for goals scored, assists and total points. Marta played soccer throughout her 30's on two competitive teams and now spends her free time playing sports with her son and husband. As a philanthropist, Marta has been extremely active in her community since founding a nonprofit in high school, and specifically in the greater Los Angeles community with multiple nonprofit organizations including her current role as an Social Ventures Partner (SVP) Partner and former Board Member. She also served on the Los Angeles Board of National Association of Women Business Owners (NAWBO) and was an active leader of Step Up Women's Network including her role as the Los Angeles President and Board Chair. and


Michele Edelman As Executive Vice President of Marketing & Communications, Michele Edelman is responsible for the overall vision of VUBIQUITY’s Marketing and Corporate Communications-related initiatives. Previous to joining VUBIQUITY, Michele was Vice President, Worldwide Direct to Consumer Marketing in the Home Entertainment Division of Warner Bros. Studios, where she was responsible for all consumer initiatives available through the studio, including the WB Social Enterprise and the Warner Bros. Digital Entertainment Store. Prior to that, as Vice President of Worldwide Marketing, Programming and Acquisitions for Warner Bros. Digital Distribution, Michele oversaw all worldwide marketing efforts over existing, new and emerging digital platforms, including pay-per-view, electronic sell-through, transactional and subscription video on demand, wireless and manufacturing-on-demand. She is the recipient of numerous awards including Home Media Magazine’s Women in Home Entertainment 2015, the 2011 URI Dean’s List Distinguished Achievement Award, CTAM’s Rainmaker Award and the 2010 CTAM Chairman’s Award, and she was also named to CableFax’s Top 100 PowerList of Executives.


Nicole Smith is the vice president of Brand New Media US, a global digital content and broadcast company with offices in the US, Canada, Australia, Singapore, Germany and the Philippines. Brand New Media produces format TV, digital TV and have both broadcast television and digital television channels that also broadcast across social media, in multiple markets. Prior to this Nicole launched and ran Brand New Media's TV channel in Australia. Having with BNM for almost 11 years where Nicole has also run our sales and marketing teams. Prior to BNM she worked in the UK for Emap Magazines on two female monthly magazines and 1 weekly gossip and originally started her career at Seven Affiliate Sales in Sydney, Australia – a regional TV network.


Georgii Speakman works within technology, entertainment and disruptive media - primarily pertaining to the influencer arena having most recently worked as the Director of Business Development for IZEA – the largest influencer marketing network in the USA – home to over 250,000 + content creators across all leading social channels. The influencers that Georgii has worked with has included celebrities, athletes, musicians, reality TV stars, YouTubers, Viners, bloggers and more, on brand deals with studios and networks, collaborations with media / PR digital agencies; start-ups and mobile app’s. Prior to this, Georgii worked on the talent side of the business with both Resolution Agency and uFluencer Group. Georgii’s experience includes 9 + years across PR, marketing, social, communications and business development across various verticals/sectors. Alex Cohen is co-host of the daily public radio show "Take Two" on 89.3 FM KPCC (the nation’s most listened to NPR station). Before joining KPCC, Alex was a host and reporter for NPR's "Day to Day." You may have also heard her on NPR's "Morning Edition" and "All Things Considered" as well as American Public Media's "Marketplace" and "Weekend America." Prior to that, she was the L.A. Bureau Chief for KQED FM in San Francisco. She has won various journalistic awards including the LA Press Club’s Best Radio Anchor prize. As her roller derby alter-ego, Axles of Evil, Cohen made a cameo appearance and served as the trainer and choreographer for the Drew Barrymore derby film "Whip It." She is also the co-author of the book "Down and Derby: The Insider's Guide to Roller Derby."
