Beth Cleveland is Managing Partner at Praytell where she oversees the agency’s growing public relations business. Before teaming up with Praytell, Beth launched and grew her own boutique firm, Elm PR, becoming OfficeMax’s agency of record, which she ran for seven years. Earlier in her career, she worked at Ogilvy Public Relations Worldwide and Antenna Group and managed public relations internally for Fender. Beth holds an honors degree in Journalism and Mass Communications from the University of Colorado at Boulder.


SHARON RECHTER, EVP Business Development & Marketing, BabyFirst TV: Sharon Rechter, along with business partner, Guy Oranim, conceptualized and co-founded BabyFirstTV. In her role as executive vice president, she leads the distribution, business development and marketing activities for the company – with a clear passion to bring quality, new educational programming to families of babies and toddlers.  Rechter has a broad background in television programming and previously served as the vice president and head of operations for The Israeli Network (the Israeli television channel in the U.S.). She was responsible for the general management of the network, and focused on areas including business development, advertising and subscriptions. Before entering the television broadcast industry, Rechter headed the strategic planning department at GNS Advertising in Israel where she was responsible for developing strategic plans for a variety of lifestyle brands.  Rechter received her B.A. in business administration from the Arison School of Business and her L.L.B in law from the Radziner School of Law, both at The Interdisciplinary Center Herzliya in Israel.


Erin Kapczynski is V.P. of Marketing for Purch, a digital content and commerce company that simplifies buying decisions for 100MM consumers and professionals each month. In this role, Erin oversees consumer and corporate marketing initiatives for Purch and its portfolio of editorial and e-commerce brands.  Erin has spent nearly two decades in the marketing field with a majority of that time working in the digital media and advertising industries. Prior to Purch, Erin served as VP of Marketing at Panache, a digital video monetization startup acquired by WPP, and a strategic marketing consultant at Demand Media.  Previously, she held high-level marketing positions at and Herbalife HQ, where she focused on international marketing.  True to Erin's borderline obsessive love of all things digital media, she has served as an Interactive Emmy Awards judge, a MIXX Awards judge, and also co-authored the wildly entertaining Digital Video and Online Content industry standards through Interactive Advertising Bureau (IAB) Committees.  A virtual LA native by way of Ukraine, Erin lives in Santa Monica, CA where she wears lots of sunscreen. Debra Fine, CEO, “I Have a Dream” Foundation – Los Angeles: IHADLA has been sponsoring students, “Dreamers,” throughout Los Angeles since 1987. The Foundation sponsors an entire grade at an inner-city, Title 1 elementary school, and stays with those students for over ten years, providing after-school and summer programs, academic and cultural enrichment, counseling services, arts instruction, mentors and tutors.
